Homework is an
important
part of my classroom.
Not only is it good
practice and review, it is a chance for your
parents to see what we are doing in the room.
Responsibility, on your part, plays a huge part
in homework.
I do keep track of
who did and did not turn in each assignment on
time and will be showing your parents at
conferences.
I expect homework to
be completed and turned in the next day, unless
you have been told otherwise.
It won’t be a long
assignment, do not worry!!
If by chance you
forget your homework or lose it, I will ALWAYS
have extras and you can complete it at recess
for me, and it will be graded as late. Homework
will be assigned several times a week, and
usually on weekends as well.
In addition there
are spelling words to study, math facts
flashcards to practice, and the occasional tests
to study for. |
